    Omni-Pro Software, Inc., headquartered in Madison, South Dakota, is the result of many
years of experience in the energy demand industry by the company's founders.

    During the last decade, the growing demand for load management solutions and the
concurrent maturation of the global internet as a safe and powerful data management "utility"
resulted in the development and deployment of the first energy monitoring and control systems.

    Omni-Pro Software, Inc. was incorporated in 1999 after a decade of developing demand
management systems. Omni-Pro teamed with Internet Energy Systems, Inc. to capitalize on
the convergence of the energy consumer's demand management mission with these proprietary
new enabling technologies designed for global reach through the powerful capacities and
capabilities of the internet.
